Refund Policy

The Free plan lets you try CAD Assembler fully before you pay, with no time limit. If a paid plan still isn't right for you, here's how refunds work.

Monthly plans

  • Cancel anytime; you won't be charged again.
  • You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for.
  • We don't refund partial months.

Yearly plans

  • Full refund within 14 days of buying a yearly plan or of its yearly renewal. Just ask, no reason needed.
  • After 14 days, you can cancel anytime: the plan stays active until the end of the paid year and won't renew. We don't refund the rest of the year.

When something goes wrong on our side

If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or a problem on our side kept you from using the app, write to us and we'll refund you.

How to ask for a refund

Email billing@cadassembler.com from your account's email address, with your order number (it's on your receipt). We answer within two business days.

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, back to the card or account you paid with. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. After a refund, your account returns to the Free plan; nothing you made is deleted.

This policy doesn't limit any refund or withdrawal rights that consumer law in your country gives you.
